• Use GitDiffs for analyzing git repositories
• Install the desktop app on multiple devices
• Share links to specific commits or searches
• Modify the source code for personal use

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have proper authorization to analyze repositories you load
• Protecting your GitHub/GitLab Personal Access Tokens
• Complying with GitHub and GitLab Terms of Service when using their APIs
• Managing your own Firebase project if using cloud sync
• Managing your own Google AI API key if using AI features
• Backing up important data

GitDiffs is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of repository analysis or AI summaries
• Availability or reliability of the application
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Data integrity or loss prevention

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use GitDiffs
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Loss or corruption of data
• Third-party services (GitHub, GitLab, Google AI, Firebase)

GitDiffs integrates with third-party services including GitHub, GitLab, Google AI, and Firebase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service:

• Google Cloud Terms of Service
• Firebase Terms of Service

We are not responsible for any issues arising from these third-party services.

All repository data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your data to our servers. See ourPrivacy Policyfor detailed information.

You may not use GitDiffs to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Access repositories without proper authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer (except as permitted by law)
• Distribute malware or harmful code

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of GitDiffs after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

You may stop using GitDiffs at any time. Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the application or clearing browser data will remove all associated data.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
